ELECTRAWISE is a solar panel installation brand offering solutions for both residential and commercial properties across Kerala. The brand focuses on making solar adoption accessible and practical for everyday users, aligning sustainability with long-term cost savings.
Objective
The primary objective was to generate and deliver consistent, high-quality leads over the long term, including during off-season periods. At the same time, the strategy aimed to support geographic expansion and strengthen the brand’s presence across Kerala.
Challenges
The campaign faced several key challenges, including seasonal dips in demand that reduced lead flow during certain periods. There was also a need to effectively connect with both residential and commercial audiences, each with different expectations and decision-making behaviors. Communicating the benefits of solar energy and government subsidies in a simple and understandable manner was another critical hurdle. Additionally, the brand needed to scale its visibility beyond a previously localized market and establish a stronger statewide presence.
Our Approach
To address these challenges, we developed a performance-focused lead generation strategy centered on simple and relatable messaging. By emphasizing government subsidies, long-term cost savings, and practical benefits, we positioned solar energy as an achievable and smart investment for everyday users across Kerala. The approach focused on clarity, relevance, and consistency to ensure better audience understanding and engagement.
Execution
The execution phase combined multiple digital channels to maximize reach and lead quality. Meta advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram were used to run targeted lead generation campaigns tailored for both residential and commercial segments. The creatives highlighted government subsidies and limited-time offers while leveraging interest- and behavior-based targeting to reach the right audience. In parallel, Google Ads campaigns were implemented using both search and display formats to capture high-intent users actively looking for solar solutions. Location-based targeting ensured statewide reach, while continuous optimization improved overall lead efficiency. Supporting these efforts, a steady flow of monthly creatives was developed with minimal and easy-to-understand messaging, using visuals and language designed specifically for a non-technical audience.
Impact
Over a nearly two-year period, the campaign achieved strong reach and sustained visibility while generating 2,182 high-quality leads. This consistent lead flow contributed to an increase in site surveys and referral-based projects. As a result, Electrawise successfully expanded its operations from Trivandrum to across Kerala, demonstrating the effectiveness of a well-structured long-term performance strategy.
Conclusion
With clear messaging, platform-native creatives, and continuous optimization, the campaign successfully overcame seasonal slowdowns and enabled statewide business growth. This project highlights how simplicity, relevance, and a long-term performance marketing approach can drive meaningful and sustainable growth in the renewable energy sector.
